TelaDoc is a network of licensed primary care physicians providing cross coverage consultations 24- hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. TelaDoc physicians diagnose routine, non-emergency, medical problems via telephone, recommend treatment and prescribe medication1 when necessary. Simply contact TelaDoc and, in most cases, speak to a doctor2 in less than an hour.

TelaDoc consulting physicians treat illnesses that arise quickly and tend to run a brief course, typically 5 to 10 days. Consulting physicians address acute, episodic, self-limited and minor illnesses as opposed to chronic conditions such as hypertension, epilepsy, or diabetes.

How to Access the TelaDoc Program
 
Step 1: Members log onto the website or call the toll free number4 to set up the account.
Step 2: Type the company code assigned in the Company Name field
Step 3: Type the company pass code in the Company Pass Code field
Step 4: Click  Start Employee/Association Signup
